  6. What is AnimatED?
  7. -----------------

  9. AnimatED allows you to add sound and timing to your IFF-animations
  10. using an easy to use GUI. Let's introduce some powerful features
  11. available in AnimatED:
  12.  
  13. * Support for IFF-animations (modes 5 and 7).
  14.  
  15. * Support for all screenmodes (including AGA),
  16.  
  17. * IFF-soundsamples, which can be played through any channel you like.
  18.   You can also set the volume and the pitch at which the sample will be
  19.   played. Looped soundsamples are supported.
  20.  
  21. * Framespeed, change at any point in your animation the speed at which
  22.   your animation is played. The speed is measured in Frames Per Second.
  23.  
  24. * Wait, pause your animation for an amount set in seconds.
  25.  
  26. * Play Sound-/Noise-/ProTracker modules during your animation.
  27.  
  28. * Easy to use GUI.
  29.  
  30. * Your finished productions can be easily played back in realtime using
  31.   the stand-alone freely distributable AnimatEDPlay program.

  34. What are the system requirements?

  37. For AnimatED you'll need an Amiga with at least Kickstart 2.04 and 2Mb
  38. of memory, more memory is recommended. AnimatED also needs a 68020
  39. processor or better.
